To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不經不覺自日本九州博多的一風堂來到香港已經有十年了,它們的拉麵一直保持日本那份傳統,同時又會創新不同口味,為大家帶來新的味蕾刺激。這次十周年首度與「安記海味」聯乘,推出期間限定的新拉麵,用上安記最出名的鮑魚。黑醬油.鮑魚拉麵 - $95拉麵的靈魂是一風堂最人氣的黑醬油湯底,以雞湯加入秘製黑醬油調味,熬成一碗微甜,烏黑焦糖色的湯底;最大特點是濃而不膩,而且有著隱若的海鮮香味。中央更有安記原隻日式照燒汁鮑魚,肉質軟滑,味道鮮甜且鮑味濃郁,入口略煙韌,調製日式照燒汁香濃惹味。還有兩片入口即化的卷腩叉燒,充滿脂香;鹽味半熟蛋咬開蛋黃汁微微流出;特別加入頂級金華火腿絲、元貝絲和雲耳片,多款配料更誘出海味鮮味。炸紫菜墨魚鬚 +$25惠顧任何拉麵,小食可享加配優惠價,即叫即炸的墨魚鬚酥而不膩,還有點紫菜香味,入口彈牙煙韌。午市跟餐還送汽水一杯。
