此銅鑼灣店新開張三個月。已經是下午2:30,店內有2間容納兩張4人枱左右的廂房,大廳還是有十枱八枱捧場客,以樓上舖及已過午市時間來說絕非冷清,足見此店有一定水準。先來一碟藤香雞。麻與辣二擇其一我會選麻,麻的感覺更富層次更撩人。此雞正是七分麻三分辣,用了胸、翼位置,雞不肥、皮薄,肉嫩,將雞來回蘸麻香汁才進口,同開胃小吃有同等之效。我等是來尋找媲美大陸正宗酸菜魚的足跡,遂必點金湯酸菜魚,BB辣度。同初次見面的貼地侍應桐姐聊了幾句,得知師傅選用加州大鱸魚,取其夠大夠肥美,件頭大易帶出口感。一試之下,所言非虛。起好骨,放心吃,肉嫩微彈牙,我等不停地勺,魚肉循環在口腔內化開散發鮮香……下為數不少的新鮮花椒、芝麻、啡菇、白菇、切得極薄的萵筍,配幼滑薯粉,濃香到連吃不到辣都起勢不斷勺酸菜魚來喝……不自覺也喝了兩碗辣熱湯。如果我有帶多件替換衫來吸汗;如果能更吃得辣,會整鍋會按捺不住乾掉。在坐已不時聽到廚房傳來熊熊烈火之鑊炒聲響,已料到鑊氣程度。又來多客孜然羊肉。本來羊肉切得細但不碎,最理想是不羶但又有羊肉香,洋蔥切得幼條因此盡情吸收了肉汁,全無澀味,作為配菜都被清空。據知酸梅湯是店家下足材料自家煲,惜

在坐已不時聽到廚房傳來熊熊烈火之鑊炒聲響,已料到鑊氣程度。又來多客孜然羊肉。本來羊肉切得細但不碎,最理想是不羶但又有羊肉香,洋蔥切得幼條因此盡情吸收了肉汁,全無澀味,作為配菜都被清空。

侍應桐姐午市一人打八枱,無亂陣腳,醒目勤快,落單清晰,有條不紊,甚至經過我等卡座時不忘詢問「使唔使添飯?」真心佩服她的敬業樂業。
