呢間川菜餐廳平日晚市都算多人,大家黎之前可以book定位。每次黎都會叫半隻片皮鴨,鴨皮酥脆,肉質嫩滑,搭配上甜醬、青瓜🥒與蔥絲,食落齒頰留香。之前黎食都會揀酸菜魚,今次一於試下烤魚,原來都好正好豐富,揀咗烤加州鱸魚,鮮青椒小辣,對於唔食得辣嘅我黎講都真係幾辣下,鱸魚好大條肥美,魚肉厚實,配🈶青瓜、芽菜、腐皮、木耳薯粉等等,十分美味😋。另外再加咗一份鴨血,食落鮮嫩滑爽。飲品叫咗無糖可樂➕酸梅湯走冰,飲落非常解膩。

最近迷上食香鍋,問同事推介了好幾間,最後在OpenRice睇完評論,決定來了銅鑼灣的川滿居。它是樓上鋪,等𨋢時人亦不多,心諗會唔會伏呢?但都既然黎左,都係試下啦。上到去,全店滿座!!即刻有返信心!餐牌選擇豐富,果然香鍋是其招牌,第一頁已經成版都係。配料有幾十款。最後點了一個香鍋一個金湯酸菜魚。上菜好快,所以個鍋熱辣辣燙手!而且一陣飄香~基本上台台都必定有個香鍋。香鍋有大大隻青椒紅椒,有四季豆、牛舌、牛肚、蝦球和豬大腸,樣樣都係我的愛,香辣底加小辣,啱晒我口味,唔太辣又食到其香味~蝦球彈牙,牛舌、牛肚夠入味,仲有豬大腸肥美,夠晒邪惡!酸菜魚有好多配料,魚片好滑亦好多,湯底入面有雜菇,仲有滿滿薯粉。唔點白飯都好夠飽。所以白飯用咗黎送香鍋,正!唔夠喉再多點了香辣魷魚鬚,亦清了光。二個人三個菜一碗白飯,已經好夠,解辣氣就再點杯凍檸茶和嘉多寶就好~

比錢買難受,平身係附近返工,自己又中意食辣,加上川滿居平時唔多人(終於知點解),坐得算舒服,所以不時都會去食。平時d侍應對客態度都好差,不過持着針唔吉到肉唔知痛,都冇理到。但尋日終於到自己感受到比佢d侍應呼喝,無視了,食完喱餐唔會再去。今日即刻行過隔離登籠街食不二江湖菜,菜式、味道都好過川滿居多多聲,不二江湖茶d侍應態度正常太多了。

我和老公係琴日中午去嘅,是衝著一眾好評試下嘅心態,唔試還會有期待,試了永久拉黑,再也不會去吃,真係唔知咁多好評是搵咗幾多槍手寫出來!我哋真係是沒吃過那麼難吃的川菜,一出電梯進去餐廳就有一陣UP味,然後有個燶口燶面嘅女侍應叫我們坐卡位,我問可否坐窗口位,佢話嗰度畀3個人坐嘅,咁我哋單點咗一份鮮椒魚、辣子肥腸,就叫咗兩個午市套餐,小酥肉香鍋、乾煸四季豆,我哋都唔食飯嘅,所以叫咗4樣餸,首先魚係一啲味道都冇,連芽菜和薯粉都冇味,食唔出鹹味和鮮味,肥腸就只有啲辣味,但見到入面好多肥膏都唔想食,四季豆就還好,雖然都冇乜味,但炸得好靚,小酥肉香鍋就超級多油,食第一口就好鹹,之後就冇乜味,唔知係咪廚師冇兜勻,買單$414,係唔貴,但真心唔好食,我4個餸放滿整張枱,諗住攞走放喺枱度嘅餐牌,攞開仲有粒花椒係度,直到我哋食完隻有一抬客,希望之後可以改善下侍應嘅態度和菜品嘅水準!
