最近迷上食香鍋,問同事推介了好幾間,最後在OpenRice睇完評論,決定來了銅鑼灣的川滿居。它是樓上鋪,等𨋢時人亦不多,心諗會唔會伏呢?但都既然黎左,都係試下啦。上到去,全店滿座!!即刻有返信心!餐牌選擇豐富,果然香鍋是其招牌,第一頁已經成版都係。配料有幾十款。最後點了一個香鍋一個金湯酸菜魚。上菜好快,所以個鍋熱辣辣燙手!而且一陣飄香~基本上台台都必定有個香鍋。香鍋有大大隻青椒紅椒,有四季豆、牛舌、牛肚、蝦球和豬大腸,樣樣都係我的愛,香辣底加小辣,啱晒我口味,唔太辣又食到其香味~蝦球彈牙,牛舌、牛肚夠入味,仲有豬大腸肥美,夠晒邪惡!酸菜魚有好多配料,魚片好滑亦好多,湯底入面有雜菇,仲有滿滿薯粉。唔點白飯都好夠飽。所以白飯用咗黎送香鍋,正!唔夠喉再多點了香辣魷魚鬚,亦清了光。二個人三個菜一碗白飯,已經好夠,解辣氣就再點杯凍檸茶和嘉多寶就好~ continue reading

晚上我跟朋友來到銅鑼灣的川滿居吃晚餐。檯面長這樣。 ☺menu的照片都拍得很有質感 😍半隻片皮鴨配麼麼皮鴨皮搭配上特製的甜醬,青瓜,白葱及麼麼皮,簡直是絕配!!鴨肉部分肉質鮮嫩,油脂適中,沒有過於油膩的感覺,吃起來非常過癮。😆金湯酸菜魚湯底呈現出誘人的金黃色,散發著濃郁的香氣。魚片非常鮮嫩,簡直入口即化,而酸菜的酸味則跟湯中的香辣的調味,讓每一口都充滿驚喜。酸、辣、鮮的結合讓人感受到川菜的獨特魅力!!炸饅頭(6個)外皮炸得金黃酥脆,內裡則保持著柔軟的口感。配上煉奶一起吃,味道更加絕妙。蓮藕仔炒牛肉蓮藕仔口感有點像葱,和牛肉的嫩滑形成了完美的搭配!!炒得恰到好處的牛肉保留了肉質的彈性,而蓮藕則增添了一絲清新的口感。 凍檸茶 continue reading

歡迎食力組又有新成員加入,為咗進一步了解佢嘅口味,先從呢間川菜館開始。所有菜式辣度可選擇,唔係辣妹嘅佢選擇小辣。涼菜小食最快上枱,黎客口水鷄 ($66),刺激一下味蕾。唔好比佢個辣油嚇怕,辣度絶對可以接受,鷄件上淋上醬汁,再加埋花生碎及芝麻,增加香味; 鷄肉入口都嫩滑,沾上醬汁食都唔錯。多款小炒類中,呢客京蔥牛肉 ($88)配6張麼麼皮,一個餸比你有2個食法。食法一當然係用半暖麼麼皮包住京蔥加牛肉包住,然後一啖食,滿滿口感。食法二係用黎送飯,惹味醬汁加牛肉,又做咗今晚嘅偷飯賊。壓軸出場有金湯酸菜魚 ($188),呢個係正常份量,仲有個加大版。選擇小辣,所以紅辣椒只係少許。嫩滑嘅魚肉片已舖滿大半,入口無細骨,食得方便。其他配料包括大量薯粉條,菇菌,萵荀片等,煙韌薯粉條配上酸菜魚湯底,單食好味又飽肚。新組員對於呢餐表示認同,食得飽飽價錢又唔貴,埋單後一路行一路商討下餐邊到食,哇哈哈……. continue reading
