To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 過往的元朗給我感覺地方窄,人流多,品流複雜! 自從好幾個新樓盤落成,增設西鐵四通八達,完善的交通網絡配套!現時的元朗已變得不一樣! 元朗多了不少好去處!形點一期 Yoho Mall 1 extension 在 7/26 正式開幕,Yoho Mall 總面積約110萬平方呎,食肆大多以高檔消費為主,九成食肆是首度進駐元朗;然而,好姊姊住在天水圍,搭西鐵來很方便!加上商場連接西鐵站出口更便利!形點一期為她帶來多個好去處及新食點,閒來她也會逛逛! 亦會留意有什麼新店及餐廳進駐!當晚,我們相約在開業大約一個月、主理東南亞美食餐廳 Glasshouse,位於戲院附近,太子珠寶隔離!據悉恰巧餐廳當時開業遇上打風,今年最強颱風「天鴿」來襲!這間元朗新分店,不似中環 IFC 店的玻璃屋外型,這裡以落地玻璃窗,懸垂的綠色植物作綴;室外有翠綠園林景致及悠閒休憩場地!樓底高,輕鬆不侷促的環境享用美食!餐廳供應東南亞 fusion 菜,地區關係,相對地價錢比較 IFC 店平 一截,價位合理!飲品 $28~$78、Cocktail/ 酒類  $48~$218、前菜 $48~$110、沙律 $88~$138、包類

飲品 $28~$78、Cocktail/ 酒類  $48~$218、前菜 $48~$110、沙律 $88~$138、包類 $28~$108、薄餅 $98~$138、意粉 $78~$118、  飯類 $98、肉類 $168~$228、海鮮 $138~$188、甜品 $48~$108 等,包羅萬有!

唯獨是淺灰色底配白色字的餐牌不太好看!
如轉為黑字會清晰得多!

上菜有效率!當時米紙卷、星洲炒米及鴨上哂枱,轉頭送薄餅嚟,無位擺薄餅,放番去廚房,食完叫上得薄餅,餐廳好好呀!話灘凍咗做個新俾我們呀!值得一讚!

雖然,現已是秋季,炎熱天氣依然,28~32度高溫之下,還是飲杯凍飲吧!我們鍾情 Signature Ice Tea!

薄身而爆脆,尤其是薄餅邊,一輕按就即碎!
薄餅自家製,薄身又煙韌,口感最佳我喜歡!
滿載黑松露醬,真材實料!
鹹蛋黃的鹹香可取替芝士,卻是未如預期突出,因為黑松露相對霸道!菌味香濃!
蝦肉切成粒狀,依然爽口,略嫌稍欠調味!
 灑上火箭菜作點綴,絕對是色香味俱全!

個薄餅食剩一半打包走!由於食剩四片,店員很醒目,分開兩個外賣盒給我們拿走!

我媽咪會蒸番熱薄餅!蒸熟後面目全非!🙈🙈😂😂我都未試過熟咗火箭菜呀!味道似芹菜,口感帶微爽!蒸熱後,薄餅邊變得有啲煙韌囉!😅😅但係味道不變,媽咪食一件都覺得黑松露味濃!

 極力推介給她!

淋上酒點火後,即時火光紅紅!
二人份量剛好!焦糖表層燒過後,香甜薄脆!
本身甜美的香蕉薄片,燉蛋富濃厚的蛋香又夠香滑動人,淋上特濃咖啡,其甘苦味可中和甜膩感!配搭起來恰到好處!水準依然!
