To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信是生魚卷的變奏,當然是矜貴得多啦!龍躉肉肉厚富魚香、有嚼口,而內裡是鮑魚絲,同是煙韌有彈性,最好用刀叉品嚐。

火炙水晶鹽焗雞

點火時記得行遠些少,因為真係好搶火,雞殼用油紙包好再焗,食落肉質嫩滑,雞皮沒太多脂肪,所以好香口,有水準。

同是選用了古法菜的烹調方式,在麒麟雞的基礎上,加入了鮑片的元素,令口感的組合更有層次,而且玻璃芡夠薄,我鍾意。

鮑魚海味絲撈飯

有點紙醉金迷年代,魚翅撈飯的感覺,飯粒炒得顆粒分明,毫無多餘油份,鮑魚絲埋芡後用黎撈飯,滑溜可口啱啱好,這個單尾就算幾飽都可以清碟。

堂弄銀絲杏仁茶

未免令人想起海景軒梁師傅的名物,有時候,肯用心自然有收穫,只見經理專心撥打蛋白,然後將泡泡撥走,已見細心處,落蛋白時又小心控制份量,結果蛋白成一絲絲,又有杏香,的確值得推薦。

其實,身邊有位朋友 T 小姐一向無鮑魚不歡,想想這個「極尚鮑魚盛宴」有點兒度身訂做的感覺,未知 T 小姐可有興趣?
