而第二道主菜「軟殼龍蝦·日式蒟蒻」由自家養殖場出品,
龍蝦頭用左天婦羅方式炸成,殼都食得而蝦尾就用牛油油封,
配上麥柑汁同埋日式蒟蒻中和返油膩感,好食!

口感大大增加,甜而不膩;而後者「黑朱古力慕絲·伯爵茶餅底」以啡色主題,
餅底好似cheese cake咁,帶有淡淡earl grey香,黑朱古力又夠濃郁,
旁邊仲有浸左rum酒栗子同埋玫瑰露酒mousse,唔錯。
