今日出嚟尖沙咀呢邊行街,行完商場之後,順便食埋晚餐,聽朋友講呢間港式新派餐廳「祥仔」已經開咗兩間分店,名氣好似不錯一於試試。餐廳嘅環境都幾好,有種清幽感覺,坐得好舒服。《香滑燒春雞》$158+$28升級套餐燒春雞名副其實,雞肉好嫩滑,而且配料都幾多,夠晒誠意,但係建議配菜可以燒一燒,食落就更加香。而升級嘅餐湯「羅宋湯」蕃茄味夠晒濃郁,雜菜嘅份量都好多。《零油感蝦多士》$88真係做到「零油感」,多士以烘既方式取代炸,所以食落唔會有好油嘅感覺,真係健康好多,配埋面頭嘅鮮蝦肉,口感都幾好,而且好酥脆。《海鮮酥皮湯》$78造型成個菠蘿包咁,面頭嘅酥皮好酥化,入面既湯 其實係龍蝦湯,提升左整體嘅鮮味,湯裏面有蝦肉,唯一覺得份量不太多,不過味道都幾好。《小忌廉》$45忌廉加埋鮮奶,杯入面仲有用奶整成既冰添,而且飲飲下仲食到好多奶凍,口感真係好豐富,推薦! 如果行開K11,試吓呢間新派嘅港式餐廳都唔錯㗎!
