To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到星期六放假日，約朋友中環行街，穌豪有好多不同美食行行下行到擺花街就睇到新開的餐廳，好靚就入去食店舖的裝潢都很光鮮, 令人感覺很舒適麵包麵包外脆內軟，內裡很軟熟，配黑醋和橄欖油更加入味♥Daily soup濃郁的南瓜味，味道不錯♥Salmon Terrine with lemon dressing 沙律外觀都已經很吸引，沙律用了三文魚加上洋蔥碎令整個沙律很特別, 更有口感♥Vegetables with Pesto Sauce 意粉上蓋上滿滿的芝士，而三色椒用青醬和橄欖油調製的寛面意粉；意粉帶羅勒清香味道，意粉煙韌好有口感♥Pan Fried Salmon 三文魚外脆的表面，入口肉質美味而且啖啖肉很美味，配菜令整碟菜增添色彩♥Beverage 餐飲點左即磨鮮奶咖啡，咖啡超級好香濃細滑
