平時鍾意食大阪燒嘅我,今日第一次「自家製」!旺角TOP商場開左冇幾耐,店鋪行新潮兼型格路線,比起隔離旺中高檔少少,但又夠晒時尚,不失年輕人嘅風格。千房位於4樓較入嘅位置,本來以為會靜啲少人啲,去到發現坐滿晒人,平日黎講真係好旺,似乎有唔少都係捧場客!大阪燒款式唔算太多,不過款款都想食,有選擇困難症嘅我心大心細。揀左其中一款嘅係芝味豚平燒,上桌發現原來已經預先煮好,只要食之前加熱就可以了!蛋包邊嘅處理可以使加熱後,待到金黃色放入口,會食到香脆嘅口感。芝士份量唔少,半溶狀態令燒物更有層次,食落會有拉絲效果!豚肉加上日式燒汁更加係配搭一流!日式炒麵都好好味,用左日式醬汁調味,甜甜地,同樣預先煮好,輕輕放上pan熱一熱就食得了。薄薄一層蛋包住炒麵,自行加上調味同配料,包括沙律醬、魷魚絲,預熱即溶,香味十足。唔想咁飽肚,但又想食多幾款野食,於是叫左炒雜菌。菇類唔少,用蒜頭爆香味道,好入味。啲菇醬新鮮,爽爽滑滑嘅口感令人食到唔停口!牛舌係另一款好食夾唔飽嘅小食!好爽口!厚切得黎一啲都唔鞋唔韌,仲有好香濃嘅牛味添!檸檬同鹽就係牛舌最佳嘅調味料,輕輕烤一烤就食得。7-8成熟既唔會有血水,又能夠鎖住肉汁

牛舌係另一款好食夾唔飽嘅小食!好爽口!厚切得黎一啲都唔鞋唔韌,仲有好香濃嘅牛味添!檸檬同鹽就係牛舌最佳嘅調味料,輕輕烤一烤就食得。7-8成熟既唔會有血水,又能夠鎖住肉汁,識食一定要食牛舌!

最後飲返罐可樂,好「gur」啊!
