To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近同事推薦使用Lingduck拎得呢個外賣app去訂餐自取，主要供應是都是良心店的餐點💛而且還有不少優惠，使用一次後也覺得相當不錯，所以在食評也想推介一下👍 .從餐牌可見非常多元化，有日式洋食的蛋包飯和咖哩飯，還有茶餐廳常見的滑蛋叉燒飯和蔥油雞扒飯。不過看得出是對自家的蛋製品頗有信心🍳所以今次也嘗試了。 .去到餐廳位置才發現原來前身是一家我很愛的健康茶餐廳，明明生意很好卻結業了🥲可能也是移民潮中的一份子。備餐速度不錯，直接就能取餐離開。 .🍛滑蛋蔥花叉燒蝦仁飯 $58回到辦公室打開飯盒就被金黃閃亮的滑蛋吸引了目光😍還有滿滿的蔥油洋溢著香氣，蝦仁和叉燒藏在蛋內🦐蝦身完整走油後爽口彈牙，叉燒亦使用了半肥瘦不老🥓味道惹味。
