經數字Auntie介紹後,食鐵板燒好多時都會揀去「旭」,其實已熟落咗嘅Ken師傅已多次提及過餐廳嘅廚師發辦晚餐都好唔錯;嘻嘻,XO仔就襯有大老闆自動獻身請食生月飯時揀咗黎試試。店子面積寬廣,光線充裕,四周嘅屏風設計及以木為主嘅間隔和風味濃,銅色嘅招牌則流露著時尚氣派,配上木地板更覺室內開揚通爽。壽司區域設於用餐大堂嘅右方位置,共有十二個吧位圍繞著方型嘅舞台,每組客人以抗疫膠版隔開,空間感足,衛生舒適。桌上擺有齊備嘅自用餐具及乾、濕紙巾。入座後即有暖手嘅綠茶,不過慶生嘅歡樂時光當然係要飲酒啦!「飲勝!」晚市共有三款廚師發辦套餐,分別為「旭」($2, 000/位)、「萩」($1,680/位)、「椿」($1,350/位),均包有前菜、湯及甜品。當中「椿」為十五件嘅壽司餐,而包有刺身、壽司、熱食嘅「旭」及「萩」不同之處在於所選之魚材及數量。兩口子結果就應掌舵嘅偉師傅建議,一同點選咗乜都有嘅「萩」。為晚餐作序嘅前菜拼盤極富立體感。別緻嘅碟盤上有汁煮白螺及節令嘅螢光魷魚;前者潤甜有嚼勁,後者塗上秘製蛋黃醬,效果爽滑鮮濃,相當醒神。小杯中嘅昆布豆腐上脆下嫩,清涼醒胃。魚生環節開始前,師傅先刨製鹽粉、
