母親節將近,帶屋企人黎到銅鑼灣呢間楓林小館食小菜,裝修典雅,卡座有私隱度,坐得舒服👍🏻不過店員好似唔太夠,好多時舉左好耐手都冇人過來鎮店之菜就係紅燒乳鴿,一隻$78,檯檯都必點,仲有其他小菜,上菜前有一碗麻椒花生$10,好惹味,辣得黎幾過癮🤣紅燒乳鴿 $78 8.5/10乳鴿皮帶金黃色,薄而帶有油光,肉質幼軟入味,濃濃油脂香,店員仲要準備手套同濕紙巾,非常貼心🥰鐵板小炒王 $118 8.5/10用左鐵板去上菜,熱辣辣香氣撲鼻,食到最後仲有煙出😆材料有大量蝦乾、魷魚、腰果、花生等等,加左XO醬去炒更香口黃金蝦炒飯 $108 8/10飯炒得出色,夠乾身且粒粒分明,完全唔濕口,啖啖充滿住咸蛋黃香味,蝦仁爽口,食落幾重鹹蛋黃味,而且比得好足,份量夠2-3人食,最後都要打包先走🤤
