我吃的是他「罕有」的晚飯,說成「罕有」,因一星期他只有星期五、六做晚市,星期一至四收下午五點,星期日全日休。位處非工廠區的山旮旯,反而在九龍灣站A出口經德福戲院轉左行來便是。6點便到還很早。甫進店便有位穿黃雨靴、約兩歲的小萌寶向我雙手遞上餐牌,既惹笑又「襟撈」😂😂。晚餐主調是套餐模式。一行四人點3個套餐加一小食就已足夠。早輪在報章見有介紹這裏的「10吋長霸氣蛋包飯」,手機照出來「的色」,實物原條鰻魚顯實力,蛋包亦嬌艷欲滴,賣相具田園氣色,蛋漿入口細緻嫰滑,配濃汁調味多層次的鰻魚,無須外加醬汁拌飯,「明太子蟹肉虎蝦意粉」重點不在虎蝦,只兩隻比較像裝飾,反而明太子+蟹肉絲之鹹甜交替包裹每條意粉提升了整碟意粉鮮味。一致認為套餐串燒以「鹿兒島豬腩肉」為必選,肥瘦夾雜,肥不顯膩;瘦不顯嚡,燒得夠火喉,鹹淡度適合大眾。「鮮菠蘿熱情果梳打」體會到原味道,菠蘿果然是沒加糖水的鮮菠蘿,還吃實在的纖維,熱情果肉也帶天然酸,整杯沒加多餘的糖。枝豆的黑椒鹽不是灑得很均勻,所以嫌味淡要自行在桌上提供的自扭黑椒鹽補充。稍為遜色的是「黑松露沙律醬香脆薯條」,薯條脆度可以,薯條面額外有些黑松露粒,奈何都脫落了不黏着薯

尚有標誌點: 門口有部爆谷機,以為裝飾,吃前菜時侍者端了一碗爆谷來,說是贈送,質素不賴,雖不是焦糖味但夠甜夠脆。
