我們其中一位同事是一位識飲識食之士,所以每隔二至三個月就會跟她一起去「食好西」,今晚她就帶我們一行九人去了位於尖沙咀的味江南。別看我們全是女仕,我們一共點了12款菜(包括了涼菜):1. 風味醬黃瓜2. 脆皮冰豆腐3. 秋茄四季豆4. 雪菜咸肉粉皮5. 老上海燻魚6. 墨魚籽燻蛋合桃7. 四川樟茶鴨8. 蜜汁烤雙方9. 火焰醉翁蝦10. 星班片酸菜11. 生炒糯米羔蟹12. 高力豆沙我個人最喜歡就是當晚的魚、蝦和蟹。火焰醉翁蝦侍應會在你面前將那些「紥紥跳」的蝦倒進一個已經盛載了玫瑰露的煱裡,好讓那些蝦「飮」飽酒,跟著再拿一個Gas爐在我們面前即席烹調醉蝦,頓時火光虹虹,酒味粉香撲鼻,由其是蝦頭是充滿酒香味,蝦新鮮又彈牙,同事的好介紹。生炒糯米羔蟹這一碟菜式也是令你停不了口,糯米飯混合了蟹羔提高了鮮味,每隻蟹不單有好多羔也很有肉,平常也很害怕外出吃蟹,因為怕麻煩,但今晚實在忍不住口,用手拿著蟹慢慢嘴嚼,好好享受那些肥美的羔蟹。星班片酸菜今晚的星班好新鮮也很大條,但絕對不「嚡」口,星班片好滑,配上酸菜,非常醒胃,令人不自覺地吃多咗。其餘的菜式也不令人失望,每個人都飲飽食醉,酒樓還送上金桂欖蓉

今晚的星班好新鮮也很大條,但絕對不「嚡」口,星班片好滑,配上酸菜,非常醒胃,令人不自覺地吃多咗。
