Restaurant: 醉鮮靚湯特色粉麵

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行葵芳多數會過泥食呢間麵,其實本人非常鍾意食魚,所以我都成日周圍去食下唔同既魚湯米線之類,呢間係我暫時食過最新鮮魚同無味精既店。「胡椒酸菜紅燒魚腩」$49先講魚腩煎到金黃色,有3大舊好香口又脆,入口魚肉實正唔腥👍正,佢有比隻碟放骨,但我有時都會放條魚係上面等佢脆耐d.豬肚ok正常,我不是豬肚專家評唔到,其他配料好似酸菜咁唔會太酸洽到好處,胡椒湯可以飲埋唔會太辣,冬天一流,但唯獨是豆pop想講下,睇得出廚師既刀工,十分之薄......可唔可以厚番d麵我選左「醉鮮麵」口感類似過左冷河既粉絲食完都冇口乾狂飲水,個人覺得呢種係無味精或多鹽既正常反應,同埋見到佢入面落左蒜頭薑蔥,煮過飯都知加左呢類天然香料仲有胡椒酸菜豬肚一齊煲,基本上都不用加味精已經夠鮮。總結是一間用心煮食既街坊小店,👍而且味道係好食個類,有時食飯真係唔好諗住話比到好多錢就食到咩美食,錢同美食唔係掛勾。

「胡椒酸菜紅燒魚腩」$49

食完都冇口乾狂飲水,個人覺得呢種係無味精或多鹽既正常反應,同埋見到佢入面落左蒜頭薑蔥,煮過飯都知加左呢類天然香料仲有胡椒酸菜豬肚一齊煲,基本上都不用加味精已經夠鮮。
總結是一間用心煮食既街坊小店,👍而且味道係好食個類,有時食飯真係唔好諗住話比到好多錢就食到咩美食,錢同美食唔係掛勾。
