To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人在柴灣上班的關係,所以好友們便常常來東區找我吃飯。這一次,我們很想吃北京填鴨,所以便找到了這一家金公館。很有趣的熱水壺,它是連在那個茶几上,又會自動加水和翻熱。蒜泥白肉偏清淡的蒜泥白肉,很適合我的好友們,因為他們不是很喜歡太濃味的食物四川膽膽麵四川的辣味和花生醬味,中和得很好,不會只有辣味而抹掉花生醬味石頭鍋蝦醬芥蘭很有鑊氣的芥蘭!芙蓉賽螃蟹這個的調味和火侯也尚可,但略為有點粉粉的口感雞湯雲吞雞湯不錯,濃而不膩雲吞也足料和數量很多!北京填鴨 半隻醬汁很特別,提供了傳統的醬汁,也提供了胡麻醬北京填鴨配上胡麻醬,別有一番風味(皮也很不錯,因為很薄身)總結來說,整體上不錯,價錢也合理。
