To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次到「Casa Lisboa」都有驚喜,今次和朋友又去了Casa Lisboa除了我的至愛「薯絲炒馬介休」外,今次又試了幾款地道的葡萄牙菜。首先出場是麵包,熱辣辣的送到枱上,已聞到麵包的香氣,吃時加上牛油或橄欖油已好好味了。前菜的「葡萄牙式菠菜蓉配香煎帶子、煙肉及檸檬汁」香煎帶子的面層有京蔥絲、煙肉絲和檸檬皮絲,相信檸檬皮絲應該用糖煮過,所以甜甜酸酸又幾惹味;底層的忌廉菠菜蓉醬汁,個人覺得更襯托出帶子軟稔的口感,仲提升了鮮甜度。「伊比利亞豬扒包」就是一般的豬扒包升級及改良版,用了葡萄牙的伊比利亞豬,所以口感寧舍不同。入口獨特的香濃味道,肉質仲好嫩滑,旁邊的醬汁帶有輕微的酸香,與豬扒包味道好夾呀!「薯絲炒馬介休」是這裡的招牌菜,差不多每一枱都會點選,也是我的最愛,炸得香脆的薯絲下,是馬介休的薯仔絲,真是「薯」味無窮。充滿濃厚葡萄牙風味的「香煎鱸魚配葡萄牙式蜆肉煎餅」,入口就嘗到外皮金黃香脆,內裡的蜆肉更是充滿蜆汁,好好味的煎餅,而鱸魚煎香至恰到好處,肉質都好嫩,不論香煎鱸魚或是蜆肉煎餅,同樣滋味,真是搞不清誰是主角。在葡萄牙料理中,鍋物都是當地人的家常菜,這道「慢煮伊比利亞豬頸肉布冧栗

在葡萄牙料理中,鍋物都是當地人的家常菜,這道「慢煮伊比利亞豬頸肉布冧栗子鍋」,吃得到是用了伊比利亞豬的豬頸肉,鍋物內仲有蕃茄、蜜桃、栗子、月桂葉;肉質軟熟的伊比利亞豬頸肉,吸收了濃郁的醬汁,熱辣辣的好味到,令我至今好難忘。

雖然我不是好愛甜品,但這個傳統「葡萄牙香橙蛋捲配mascarpone芝士及muscatel橙汁」不算甜,而附上小膠管仔,可自己將混入蜜糖、肉桂和橙汁煮成香甜的醬汁,唧入蛋糕卷裡,好有心思又好味。
