To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時真係唔好以為平野冇好野，今次依間茶餐廳我真係超驚喜，佢嘅質量真係可以拍得上好多名牌或於名茶記！！！👏👏👏1. 招牌清湯腩河（＄40)一上枱見到同圖一樣嘅半肥瘦腩肉已經好吸引😍細睇牛腩筋肉仲要好分明，超厚大塊，份量又多，重點係軟腍唔會韌，又有牛味🤤🤤🤤湯底又鮮甜，唔會覺得係水梘味，絕對可以比媲好多名店😁👍👍👍彤樂評分：9/102. 爽滑牛筋河（＄33)多條粗大肥美爽口嘅牛根，仲有唔少嫩滑嘅細牛筋，配住滑身嘅河粉一齊食，係牛筋控必食！😋彤樂評分：7.5/10
