中環蘇豪區真係有唔少高質小店,今次趁朋友生日就同佢黎左 @barbleuhk 食Brunch,價錢係$428/pp❤️ 呢到係一間法式餐廳,主打海鮮🦞~‣ Signature Oyster生蠔🦪好好味,大大隻幾新鮮而且口感幾creamy,上面有青瓜同西瓜🍉做配襯,帶來一種清新既感覺;加分位係餐廳將蠔切左一半方便進食😝‣ Tuna Tartare with figs, smoked egg yorks, 呢份他他都唔錯,上面既無花果幾清甜,吞拿魚口感軟熟,配埋雞蛋黃都幾夾,入面仲混合左啲脆脆,口感豐富好味道😋😋😋‣ Grilled cheese with wild mushrooms 呢份有啲似多士,上面有啲烘乾既蘑菇脆卜卜,中間就夾左啲burrata cheese 同蘑菇,麵包亦烘到好脆口,整體而言又係好好味,推薦😍‣ 麵包‣ Japanese snow crab (+$128) with souffle omelette, herring caviar呢份梳乎厘奄列幾特別,外型係奄列但切開有梳乎厘個種鬆軟感😍入面係有日本蟹,整體黎講都好食同夠特別👍🏻‣ Carabinero XL ri

‣ Carabinero XL risotto (+$228)
呢碟係餐廳既signature 之一,龍蝦湯底既risotto 味道好濃郁,而且唔會好鹹;飯粒煮得粒粒分明但口感明顯比平時食既risotto 再軟身少少,冇咁煙韌,個人中意呢種多啲❤️最後將紅蝦既蝦肉同蝦膏,加埋飯一齊搞匀,整體而言幾好食🤤

作為甜品既法式小蛋糕,我對佢充滿期待😚餐廳將蛋糕烘到暖暖地,切開之後會見到流心既栗子醬,再配埋lemon cream,口感鬆軟,又係好好味😋推薦!

店員態度幾好,每次上菜都會簡單介紹菜式,收碟時亦會問下味道如何,又nice ❤️ 餐廳位於中環Soho區Bakehouse 對面,半山扶手電梯一落就到,都幾方便👍🏻有興趣食法國海鮮餐🇫🇷既朋友推薦黎呢邊試試🤩
