To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【九龍灣】平俗嘅感覺

最近忙到傻，會慢慢寫番食評㗎啦呢日去開九龍灣，要搵間餐廳快食再開工，就搵咗呢間（咁啱同事要去匯豐㩒錢）。遲左一步，已經開始多人啦，等左一陣就有枱。選擇同種類算係多，都幾快有得食。坐位算係舒服嘅，係有小小迫。我食嘅係吉列豬扒拉麵，豬扒真係麻麻，皮幾厚，無乜肉，而且有啲翻炸嘅感覺。拉麵一般，成個餐似某一類2、30元嘅平下午茶餐。同事其他嘅餐，都係麻麻地，唔特別好味，而且有啲油。唔特別會飽，覺得偏油。一點前埋單有9折，上菜係快，我地都趕起一點前走。
