近期興起炸脾熱潮,炸肶取代左之前雞扒嘅位置,都合理嘅! 因為炸雞扒始終做唔到雞肶嘅juicy 程度,而肉質都唔夠雞肶滑!賣點:生炸雞脾,即叫即炸~所以需時等候至少10分鐘!店內仲有3個是日午餐,相對地比剩叫炸肶來得實惠。落左單就可以坐係度等雞肶到!熱辣辣,隨雞肶跟一個膠袋。方便外賣!三多炸雞肶$30炸粉外皮用麵包糠,即吉列做法處理。生炸關係,可以鎖住左雞脾嘅肉汁!size都夠大,當一餐黎食價錢ok嘅!但未至於有太大驚喜!定係大埔總店真係好味好多呢?
