【元朗區】【多多雞大排檔】同事遇星哥住喺大西北,知道我係一個前十八區 foodie 之後,成日借啲意問我邊度食大牌檔風味嘢好食。咁啱我又有間喺元朗嘅大牌檔真係想試,講多無謂,就不如一齊去試。呢間嘢最出名就係燒雞,製作時間要半個鐘以上,所以一坐低就叫咗先,定律嚟。講緊嘅係 $198 嘅「招牌即燒炭火靚雞」,佢哋標榜係用大瓦缸高溫碳即場燒製,試落個皮真係相當脆口,放咗一陣都仲係咁脆呀。之後試 $118 嘅「XO醬炒鵝腸」,味道幾好,西芹多到唔使叫菜,鵝腸都好多,之後試 $138 嘅「脹卜卜椒鹽鮮魷」都好出色。遇星哥最中意 $98 嘅「豉油王炒麵」,完全符合晒佢中意嘅嘢:微焦香感。跟住嘅 $138 嘅「王牌多多雞小炒王」,大碟到食唔晒要打包。加埋嘢飲「可樂」、「椰青水」同「道地蜂蜜綠茶」,埋單 $745,仲食到我哋一人一盒打包走,真係相當盡興。講到盡興,不得不提,呢間餐廳嘅營業時間係去到凌晨四點,一班人食飯吹水嘅話肯肯定玩到相當盡興呀。。。(地址:元朗又新街37-51號富祐閣地下14號舖)#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #hkfoo
