今日約咗兩個朋友食飯,有個朋友臨時有嘢做要9點先收工,朋友就提議去佢工作地點元朗食,時間差不多我們相約去又新街,朋友推介多多雞大排檔,朋友仲話開到零晨四點,再夜啲都無問題。即時點了幾個招牌小菜,招牌即燒炭火靚雞及瓦缸炭燒豬頸肉,呢兩個菜式即叫即製作,其他地方好少食到真正炭燒,好香炭火味道,雞皮好脆卻少了肥膩感覺,豬頸肉同樣外脆內嫩點泰式醬汁更惹味。炸大腸炸到大腸皮脆卜卜,裏面又唔會乾身,火喉控制啱啱好。沙嗲金菇牛肉啫煲,上枱時仲啫啫緊,火氣十足,沙嗲味夠濃但唔會咸,牛肉嫩滑大大煲,唔會粉絲多過牛肉,真材實料。東江炒米粉有蝦米、蝦皮、魷魚鬚等炒米粉,有好香蝦味有鮮味。多多雞大排檔值得推介之處,沒有華麗嘅裝潢,以出品說話,相信廚師功力係有料到,好耐無喺其他地方食到咁有鑊氣嘅小菜,回味。
