每次想食冬烏都會諗起丸亀,雖然係一間連鎖烏冬店,味道又唔係最出色,但係就係想食呢間。每次食丸亀,我都只會揀冷烏冬,除咗佢哋嘅冬烏偏粗身,個汁又可以自己調較,而且凍烏冬過過冷河,令烏冬嘅質感更加爽口、彈牙。值得一提就係,當日點嘅嗰塊魚柳係新鮮炸起,熱辣辣夠Juicy,唔會有種放耐咗而變硬嘅口感,仲有其他炸品都係即叫即炸,可能咁啱得橋啲嘢食賣哂。另外,店內有放餐具旁邊,放滿天婦羅碎、青蔥等材料讓客人隨意調配,不過注意加完天婦羅碎會令到個湯/ 汁變油膩。
