同朋友約到銅鑼灣食午餐。我之前已經喺尖沙咀「莆田」分店試過,今次去銅鑼灣都有啲期待。朋友鍾意食啲甲殼類嘢,所以特別叫佢嚟試下佢啲蟶子菜式。今次佢有 HKD198 兩款蟶子菜,我哋叫咗「蒜蓉蒸蟶子」同埋「冰爽酒糟蟶子」。我自己鍾意食熱嘢多啲,所以「蒜蓉蒸蟶子」岩我口味多啲,但朋友點嘅「冰爽酒糟蟶子」,佢就覺得唔錯。呢個「水晶豬蹄凍」賣相好好,連埋佢啲微辣嘅辣醬汁一齊食,好似食緊辣味嘅啫喱,感覺一流。「紫菜扁肉湯」,紫菜味道清新,加上福建特式扁肉,有平凡之中見不平凡嘅感覺。中菜點都要有米落肚,「紫菜燜飯」岩岩好 =)。
