今日又同飯腳搵地方覓食,其實飯腳真係好緊要,啱起上嚟會互陪大家走圍食好西,又無所不談初初想試呢間有諗過去天后分店,因為聽到深井以為好遠,原來係美孚坐巴士去幾個站就喺店舖對面落車<鴛鴦鍋湯底> $79/可雙拼$79以下湯底一邊蕃茄豆腐湯,而另一邊係用大地魚跟肉碎煲成,再加入葱花、紫菜嘅潮洲湯底,好有家的味道<牛肉根> $168平時打邊爐一定係大路肥牛,估唔到呢到有牛肉根食,係半肉半筋的口感,爽口有一點韌<招牌手切牛頸脊> $218/小雪花油脂有圖有真相,牛味重,夠嫩腍<超口感牛柳粒> $218呢個油脂同肉汁含量極高,一咬落去不得了<鮮鮑魚仔> $168/6隻 <鮮海蝦> $98/一客兩者都是非常新鮮又夠爽口,而鮑魚仔仲清洗乾淨起埋肉<墨魚嘴> $73 又係小數地方有的,焯半至一分鐘就食到爽脆帶鮮<桂花蚌和珊瑚蚌> $113.5 /雙拼夠哂爽口又肉厚,唔係出面零碎貨式另推介: <自製四寶丸>(蝦、墨、牛、鯪魚球)<韭菜餃、鮮蝦雲吞>
