東薈城之前裝修過,開左個好大既「名店倉」,但一直都未有機會去行。今次同朋友過東涌行街,順便試下佢啲新餐廳。Banchan and Cook係主打韓式fusion菜既cafe,行過俾餐牌吸引左,決定入去試試兩個人總共嗌左兩主菜+一小食+一甜品+兩杯野飲。首先係佢招牌菜式既蛋包飯,上枱既時候會主動幫你切開,隻蛋非常嫩滑,裡面仲保留到半熟既蛋漿,係我中意既口感!隔離配上兩大舊包住五花肉既原片泡菜,泡菜可以連飯或者五花肉一齊食都得,不過如果啲泡菜可以剪細塊少少就更加好了(會方便啲食)~另外一樣推薦既係炸雞,醬油蒜頭味唔辣,咸香適中,裡面既肉亦都嫩滑,好食芝士泡菜紫菜包飯,芝士份量十足,多到完全見唔到底下既泡菜kimbap,味道都不錯,不過嗌完先發覺成餐太多澱粉質(飯),所以食完有少少「濟」lol甜品係烤朱古力棉花糖,棉花糖烤到半溶狀態,連埋消化餅一齊食,幾好食,不過都係留意份量有點多,兩個人食到最後超飽哈哈哈最後兩杯野飲,伯爵茶鮮奶咖啡,朋友話都OK;玫瑰紅桑子沙冰比較清新,同真係飲到有淡淡玫瑰花香,適合同油膩野一齊食,有「消濟」作用。整體呢餐都滿意,食物質素不錯,環境舒服,枱同枱之間隔得好開

整體呢餐都滿意,食物質素不錯,環境舒服,枱同枱之間隔得好開,坐得好自在,如果係同朋友傾計HEA的話都幾適合~
