To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於數碼港艾美酒店的「南坊」,老實說,交通真的不方便,不過當你吃過她的豉油雞,就會心思思,盤算著下次再來的日子,這雞不單肉質滑溜,而且還充滿著煙燻的香味,如果想吃,必須要早一天預訂呀! 海蜇蟲草花 ($88) 涼拌紫薯淮山 ($88) 先來一些前菜,海蜇夠爽口,很有麻油香,但如論外形,紫薯淮山實在無得輸,切成方塊,梅花間竹的排列著,淮山健康,紫薯甜美,很滿意。 潮式釀蟹棗 ($208)秋天時節,吃蟹準沒錯,這個蟹棗做得出色,蟹肉鮮香,裡面還有粒粒馬蹄,很有口感。 秘製牛肋條 ($368) 牛肋條是這裡的招牌菜,採用了美國牛肋條燉上好幾小時,牛肉十分嫰滑,入口即化,必點。 南坊豉油雞 (半隻$224,全隻$448) 大廚用頭抽將雞煮熟後,再用茶葉煙燻四至五分鐘,雞肉甜甜的,嫰滑入味,最重要是有煙燻的香味。這個實在好吃,後來我將豉油帶回家撈飯吃,扒了兩碗白飯! 薑油肉蟹炒飯 (時價)採用菲律賓一公斤肉蟹,非常好肉,底下是炒飯,用薑油炒過,吃到細碎的薑粒,那就不怕寒涼啦,而且還相當惹味!
