To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【味蕾探險】港式美食吃透透

去海洋公園玩嗰日，成班人肚餓到唔得嘞，決定去金鐘一間好耐唔見嘅食店填填肚。🍽️ 呢間我之前返工嗰陣，成日都會去解饞，記得佢哋啲菜好有家鄉味。今次就決定再嚟一試嘅！朋友話，同屋企人一齊搞生日嘅開心氣氛下食嘢，真係加咗幾分。我哋叫咗一大堆，啲菜一上檯，香氣四溢，真係令人垂涎三尺。🤤試咗幾款，雖然我冇記得影相嚟分享，但呢度嘅口感同味道，實在太正啦！每一啖都夠晒味，細細味品嚐，就連普通嘅炒飯都做到夠晒香口，真係幾得意。特別推介佢哋嘅豉油雞同埋時令青菜，簡直係軟綿綿又滑嫩，完全冇得輸！其他嘢食如酥皮雞批同煎釀三寶，每一樣都係煮到恰到好處，夾雜嘅香味同埋創意，真係話唔到嘅好，真係「食指大動」！ 最後，大家飽嗝連連，都一致讚好，下次必定再回頭客！兵乓噹噹嘅感受，咁嘅美食經歷，真係值得推介俾身邊嘅朋友。黎緊要同多啲人分享呢個美食寶藏啦！👍
