位於港鐵九龍站上蓋的圓方Elements商場的〔Surasang (수라상)〕,餐廳以韓式居酒屋,提供多款韓式精緻小食、刺身及韓式席前烹煮燒肉等料理,食材更是由韓國直送新鮮到港。整間餐廳裝潢以深木色及深灰色為主調,採用很多木材作佈置,使用餐的氛圍更富高雅格調及型格感的環境,而且座位亦夠寬敞,坐近窗邊當晚更飽覽了黃昏的日落美景,而且服務態度亦很高質,這餐吃得開心十分滿意,氣氛亦一流😌。【韓牛大蔥卷 (伴生蛋黃小米飯)】(HKD$880)韓牛呈淺鮮紅色,雪花分佈紋理很美,牛肉中間卷了大蔥,店員會即席在你面前為你烹調,瞬間充斥著肉香的味道,令人食指大動,大蔥卷一咬開油香滿滿,肉質柔軟牛味濃,配上生蛋黃小米飯,大蔥卷蘸上濃郁蛋香的蛋黃液後,入口更滑嫩。【水刺床生牛肉】(HKD$528)〔水刺〕是指韓國古代朝鮮宮廷御膳料理,〔床〕是指桌子,感覺是很尊貴的菜式。主角生牛肉入口嫩滑新鮮,沒有帶腥味,帶子剌身用了醬油醃得很入味,有醬油味道不會太鹹,亦能帶出帶子的原鮮味,蝦很爽口,海膽入口即溶,而且有微甘味道,加入滿口鹹香及爆珠口感的魚籽,配搭炸海苔脆片或紫菜,多重口感的味蕾小享受,而且很適合送酒吃。【

〔水刺〕是指韓國古代朝鮮宮廷御膳料理,〔床〕是指桌子,感覺是很尊貴的菜式。

【牛肉魚籽釜飯】(HKD$295) 加配海膽 (+HKD$68)

釜飯內除了有主打的牛肉粒外,更有滿滿的魚籽、香蔥、蛋黃及追加的海膽,牛肉粒入口油脂香味飽滿,肉質柔嫩牛肉味重,海膽入口有啖啖的海膽甘香味道,拌勻飯後,發現有不少飯焦,配上韓式辣醬更濃香更美味。

【海鮮煎餅】(HKD$215)

海鮮煎餅每啖餡料都很足料,鋪滿了不少香蔥、魷魚、帶子、蝦及滿滿的脆魚仔,煎得香脆,厚身不油膩,整個邊位都烤得很香口,難得是拍完照片邊位還是很脆口,蘸上特製的醬汁提升了不少味道層次。

用了韓國特色的桑酒,配以薰衣草糖漿及檸檬汁製成Cocktail,有果味,微酸中帶甜,口感清新,酒精含量亦較低,很容易入口。

【Snowing Night】(HKD$118) (右)
用了韓國清酒,杯邊沾了點海鹽,所以入口帶點微鹹味,果味較濃有微酸味道,酒味及酒精相對地高一點點,作為餐前飲品很開胃。
