輪到 串燒,大推蕃茄豚肉串,日本蕃茄多汁熟度剛好,好甜,再配燒得剛好嘅豚肉香,汁又帶有微酸感,呢啖又係超驚喜🥳

雞皮串,燒到剛好成舊係好脆,肥嘅部分係燒咗油香,正😁

不得不提,佢個鮮魚奶湯,碗埋嚟已經爆魚香,奶白得很,先一啖落肚係舒服到一個點,而且你係好清楚知道係煮得好耐而係夠料,而係好清,配料新鮮,再加稻庭烏冬,記得一定要配啖湯飲,層次即時高三倍,飲哂成碗湯,完美哂❤️

見佢有杯自家製檸檬特飲,係燒酒檸檬梳打,燒酒第一下苦係完全無哂,酸度上嚟平衡到,好好飲😳

幫襯呢晚枱枱都係熟客,個個一坐底,「上次我試過」「個陣你講嗰個刺身」等,亦同同行者特別介紹之前食過,餐廳店員會介紹是日鮮味推介,個個都讚不絕口👏


我自己最喜愛嘅係刺身,薄切配特別醬汁但做到將肉質同味道提昇;而Mr A最鍾意係個魚湯,佢曾經飲過最好飲嘅魚湯,嗰間餐廳已經無做,呢個湯完全喚起佢呢段記憶,味道係好近,好好飲極滿足🥰
