To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完街喺尖沙咀搵嘢食，經過呢間和味，被門口嘅餐牌所吸引，有港式同越式小菜，於是抱着試試嘅心情入去。我哋揀咗二人小菜套餐裏面嘅咕嚕肉、蝦仁炒蛋，以及燒鵝髀下莊，套餐包老火湯、白飯，以及兩杯飲品。咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜，很開胃，瘦肉和肥肉嘅比例亦剛好，爽脆又不會太油膩。蝦仁炒蛋，原隻蝦仁去炒，大隻兼彈牙，而炒蛋的口感好嫩滑。燒鵝係呢度嘅推介，每日自己燒，數量有限。我哋喊咗燒鵝髀下莊，較為大隻且肉質結實，燒鵝皮脆卜卜，吃落非常之甘香，店員果然好介紹。$298可以食到兩道小菜、燒鵝髀，呢個二人小菜套餐真係好抵食。除咗小菜之外，見到餐牌仲有越南食品，下次會再幫襯。
