香箱蟹茶碗蒸的口感非常嫩滑和鮮嫩。蟹肉在蒸煮過程中保持了其原有的鮮甜味道,並且蒸煮的時間恰到好處,使得蟹肉保持了一定的彈性。蟹肉的質地非常細膩,入口即化,給人一種非常舒服的口感🙂

🔸青森帆立貝:好大粒,肉質肥厚又多汁,口感軟嫩彈牙,咬落去會散發出清新海洋鮮味☺️
🔸福岡槍魷魚:為了方便咀嚼,師傅已把槍魷魚切成條狀,口感爽脆,越咬越甜😋
🔸中吞拿魚腩: 來自三重縣的中吞拿魚腩,均魚脂豐腴,肉質細嫩
🔸大吞拿魚腩 :師傅加入了鹽來降低油香提升魚味,讚👍
🔸赤身醬油漬: 口感較為結實有嚼勁,醬油和魚的鮮味互相配合,富帶膠質😋
