📍 寿々乃 Suzuno 📍 跑馬地 • 黃泥涌道163號好運大廈地下-難得與朋友聚會,特地選了這家評價很好的《寿々乃》,享受一頓令人滿足的omakase 🥰-餐廳位於跑馬地黃泥涌道,所在位置街客不多,感覺十分隱世餐廳由門口至入內都散發舒適的感覺後園有一個日本風庭園,彷彿飛到了日本一樣坐在吧枱前,有師傅在我們面前準備食物,可以欣賞其手勢之餘,又可以跟其聊天交流,十分滿足!-梅酒 ($88)以一杯梅酒配搭這一頓美好的晚餐🥃-晚市提供的「廚師發辦菜單」盛惠每位$1880,包括多道菜式,如前菜、湯物、刺身、熱盤、壽司、麵豉湯、甜品等,全都是以時令食材準備,吃得十分滿足-Appetizer一開頭的前菜拼盤已經十分豐富,有「黑豆、迷你蟹、水雲醋配海膽、太刀魚配淮山、露荀」•Seasonal Suimono以一道「鱧魚清湯」清清味蕾,再享用接下來的刺身湯裡一條條的是「順菜」,口感滑滑的,有點彈牙,很可愛•Sashimi - 6 kindsMenu裡說的是五點刺身,但師傅給了我們足足六點!首先的是「鱸魚」,可配上紫蘇花和醋橘一起吃第二道是「甜蝦」,肉質細綿、味道微甜第三道是「縞鰺」,肉質肥美柔軟第四道!來自岩手縣的原隻「紫海膽」!味道十分新鮮、帶甘甜第五道的製作過程很有震撼感,是超級長的「生八爪魚」左邊的肉身柔軟,右邊的吸盤爽脆,第一次常用,所以很有新鮮感配上兩款自家研磨日式芥末,很攻鼻、很刺激,跟八爪魚一起吃也很配最後的第六道是「北海道白見貝」,帶新鮮海水味道、口感清爽,可以與芥末、鹽、檸檬、豉油作配搭,怎麼吃都好吃!•炸蝦吃刺身中途,師傅送上了一小碟炸蝦以「素揚」方式料理,沒有裹粉、直接把小蝦炸熟口感酥脆,十分香口,是送酒一流的小食•Seasonal Hot Dish - 2 kinds接下來,有廚房部主理的兩道熱盤兩道都是炸物,一款是「長崎粟米天婦羅」,一款是「炸蝦球配青椒」炸漿薄薄的一層,可以吃到食材的原汁原味•接下來先送上漬物,進入壽司環節🍣海鮮鮮味濃郁;壽司醋飯的大小、硬度、味道,還有配搭的日式芥末的份量都剛剛好按進食順序,有「金目鯛」「關鯖」「帆立貝」「池魚」「槍魷魚」「赤貝」三款吞拿魚,包括「中拖羅」、「大拖羅」、「天身」,入口即化,好好吃!「馬糞海膽手卷」•Miso soup麵豉湯味道剛好,不會過鹹,裡面有魚肉,十分好吃!•Dessert最後的甜品環節有「沖繩縣百香果芝士餅、北海道赤蜜瓜」,非常滿足❤️ continue reading

今日朋友帶咗我嚟跑馬地食Omakase,由於好難book,係9月尾book 到11月先有位。今晚七點就到咗師傅已經準備緊食材,飲啖茶之後,傾咗兩句就好快開始。先上一個好靚嘅前菜,有成五、六種食物,仲要係啱晒季節,例如栗子、銀杏等等。 食完就再上一個湯,係燒秋刀魚同埋唔同菇菌煮湯,少少杰身。好鮮甜。之後就食剌身,有羽太、縞鰺、水八爪魚、北寄貝、根子配蕪菁蓉。師傅就最搞鬼,成條八爪魚腳拎出嚟。之後仲有香箱蟹、醬油白子。佢居然拎咗一埋蟹俾我地睇,娛樂性夠晒豐富。之後去到食壽司嘅時間。都有成10件壽司。有鯛、八角(師傅又拎條魚出嚟😂)、鰤魚、槍尤魚、帆立貝、甜蝦、秋刀魚、中拖羅、大拖羅、天身。之後仲有一條海膽手卷添。真係飽飽。約埋碗湯食埋甜品,琴日就過咗兩個半鐘,真係好開心。 continue reading
