師傅將雞胸肉先至半熟狀態,口感嫩滑又咬口,再配以烏魚子碎和佐酒啫喱,十分提鮮

🔸雞湯配自家製雞肉丸
清澈鮮甜的雞湯,搭配鮮嫩彈牙的自家製雞肉丸,入口即化,帶來滿滿的鮮美口感

🔸雞頸串燒
外皮烤至酥脆,內部肉質嫩滑多汁,帶有微妙的嚼勁,口感豐富且帶有炭火烤焦的香氣

🔸雞小胸手卷
師傅即場同紫菜把燒到半生熟的雞小胸捲起,再加上三文魚子和Wasabi,咬下時肉質細嫩多汁,口感豐富

外層烤至酥脆,內部腎肉細嫩,帶有微妙的嚼勁和濃郁的肉味

雞橫膈膜有脆脆的口感,肉質多汁、嚼勁十足,略帶油脂,美味

🔸下肩肉串燒
肉質軟嫩,啖啖肉,十分爽

🔸雞腿肉茶碗蒸
茶碗蒸配蟹肉芡汁,入口滑溜,有蛋香味,蛋內有切碎的雞腿肉,,鮮甜無比

🔸時令野菜串燒
當晚是甜豆,師傅燒得剛好,野菜保留了水份,脆口又清甜

🔸雞大髀肉串燒
燒得黃金香脆,油香爆滿,嫩滑又juicy,配上有馬生椒醬,更加出色

🔸免治雞肉丼
鮮嫩多汁的免治雞肉,拌均蛋黃和黑松露醬,口感細嫩,香氣十足,與飯粒結合,帶有嚼勁,豐富的口感層次

🔸雞湯烏冬
師傅選用大量走地雞肉同雞骨熬製濃稠的乳白色雞湯底,烏冬口感滑順,彈牙有嚼勁,吸滿了湯汁,鮮味無比

🔸甜品
自家製抹茶布甸,鮮果大福 為這一頓豐盛晚餐,畫上完美句號
