招牌三色拉麵 $138慢煮薩摩雞拉麵 (濃厚) $95限定大啤 $38烏龍茶 $20好多時拉麵屋都係主打一至兩樣皇牌食材/湯底,而今次推介呢間真係好似樣樣都幾出色咁,有和牛,有蝦湯,有五花肉,有慢煮薩摩雞,所以就乜都試下佢!三色拉麵係以蝦湯做底,有齊A4和牛,雞叉燒,燒豚肉。A4和牛做咗個慢煮之後再用18小時去浸自家醬油,所以入晒味又口感好好;豚肉好有驚喜,用咗24小時入味再灸燒,加強左當中油脂香味,又肥瘦均衡;雞肉選用咗脾位,所以夠嫰,水準同樣唔錯!蝦湯濃到好重蝦膏味,完美做到掛麵效果!另一碗個雞白湯有得揀正常定係加強濃厚,店家用薩摩雞20小時熬製湯底,的確算濃~不過對比之下,個人認為呢度嘅蝦湯係正過雞湯嘅~下次嚟,會試埋啲沾麵睇下
