私房菜與一般餐廳不同的是多了番特色和心思在菜式上,同事推介我去旺角如一。冰鎮醉鮑魚,新鮮鮑魚用了花雕酒去浸,充滿濃濃酒香,配合冰鎮方式,口感軟腍冰爽。滋潤的杏汁花膠白肺湯,用了白肺和花膠煲,湯汁如牛奶般香滑,帶著濃濃的杏汁香。香甜的欖角醬燒排骨,用了秘製醬汁去炮製,皮脆內鬆軟,十分滋味可口。半隻的脆皮炸子雞,外皮金黃香脆,雞肉厚實嫩滑。惹味的豉椒味菜鵝腸,鵝腸洗淨,用了辣椒和豉汁去炒,口感爽脆。古法炮製的陳皮蒜子欖角蒸龍躉脊,陳皮、蒜子、欖角令龍躉脊多了甘香,同時突出了魚肉的鮮味。巧手的私房菜,的確會讓人回味無窮,下次會帶屋企人再來幫襯。
