平時都好鍾意去通菜街小店食飯,今次比我留意到簡比較新淨既居酒屋,入面暖色調仲有好多日式元素,睇完價錢牌覺得都唔太貴就決定入去試一試。———————————————🌟 牛油炒枝豆 $38一開波我地叫咗枝豆,好典型嘅日式小食,但牛油炒過我真係第一次,食落真心好有驚喜,牛油味超香濃,唔會太膩,送酒一流。🌟 芥辣八爪魚 $38呢個八爪魚好有特色,撈咗生熟兩款八爪魚,口感層次分明,食落時一邊係爽脆彈牙嘅生八爪魚,另一邊係嫩滑嘅熟八爪魚,真係兩種感覺。再加上青瓜作為配料,增添咗啲清爽口感,配埋芥辣醬一齊食,口味好豐富,幾有驚喜。🌟 串燒冬菇串用咗日式醬汁燒得香口,入味得黎唔會太鹹,好香口。日式燒雞全翼係皮脆肉嫩,燒到啲肉汁都鎖住喺入面,每啖都Juicy。雞軟骨同牛舌都非常出色,雞軟骨脆卜卜,牛舌雖然薄切,但咬口都好足。🌟 海膽明太子冷烏冬 $98呢個真係每台都必點,一黎已經瞄準咗呢個海膽烏冬,賣相吸引到我即刻落單。海膽份量比想像中多,食落唔會苦,反而非常甜美,配埋明太子同冷烏冬,清爽又充滿鮮味。🌟 飲品飲品方而我地叫左巨峰提子檸檬綠茶同金桔檸檬綠茶,呢兩杯都超有驚喜,果汁味香濃,甜度適中,超值得推

呢間居酒屋性價比真心高,價錢比一般居酒屋平好多但質素都好高。我見主食其實全部都係低過$100,串燒十幾蚊都有,超推👍🏻
