今日終於嚟到打卡火鍋店「香江花月」打邊爐,其實Bookmark左好耐,這裏得裝修漂亮有格調,座位寛敞舒適。入座時每人會有一杯welcome drink 桂花蜜,用了一精緻的器皿盛火鍋湯底,我選了🔸黑蒜豬骨窩($328) - 蒜香撲鼻,非常足料的湯底,湯底有4-5塊大大塊豬骨,再加上蒜頭,黑蒜,杞子、紅棗熬製,我未開胎打邊爐就經已飲了兩碗湯,同把豬骨食晒,豬骨十分鮮甜,好好味。火鍋料🔸香江拼($798) - 香江拼擺盤非常精美,全部是為打卡而設,上枱是好有驚喜,這個香江拼,可以食到不同部位的牛肉,包括有安格斯肥牛、牛心頂、牛小腿、牛脷、黑柏葉、牛白肉、牛柳粒和手切肥牛,每款牛肉都肉味十足。由於每款牛肉涮的時間都有所不同,餐廳細心地提供了最佳涮出時間,十分貼心。有些部位不是很常見,如牛心頂 - 口感爽脆。牛白肉 - 屬於牛胸前的一小塊脂肪,只有肥大牛隻才有的稀有部位,看似肥膩,其實口感爽脆,勒勁十足,帶有天然牛油香味,我好鍾意🔸七色丸($98)全都都是墨魚丸,但每一粒都配用不同食材,做出不同味道,有鹹蛋黃,黑松露,椰芋,南乳,青咖喱,紅咖喱,蟹籽口味,七彩繽紛,打卡一流🔸香芳幻($88)椰
