To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本不喜歡麵包的朋友吃過一次卻大推這裡的酥皮叉燒包,今日決定來朝聖🤓🍍酥皮叉燒包 $22朋友推介必食‼️果然有驚喜 上菜還是暖粒粒 皮薄餡靚 薄薄一層酥皮 類似墨西哥包 卻不會過甜 奶香濃郁 包身外脆內軟,咬下去滿口叉燒餡 得一個實在不夠過癮🤤🦐晶瑩鮮蝦餃 $30 大大隻 鮮蝦彈牙有咬口 不是那種混上許多肥豬肉的貨色可惜餃皮蒸過久太軟爛,而且太厚。(早知道多叫一客叉燒包好了🙂🍚土魷馬蹄肉餅飯 $27 肉餅滑嫩,不知飯太多還是肉餅太少🙂吃到後半已經要捱白飯鮮蝦腐皮卷 $28 炸腐皮炸得剛好,控油適當 咬下去不會滿口油餡料方面卻見失色,每粒只有半隻蝦而且份量偏少 定價未免過於進取整體而言,酥皮叉燒包作為招徠食客的王牌名不虛傳,其他點心也應達到水準長遠才能留住舊客保持口碑整體評分:好味指數性價比回頭指數(兩分是投給叉燒包
