【灣仔區】【同撈同煲】除夕晚上,港鐵通宵行駛,踏入 2024 年嘅第一日就當然係同我最景仰嘅經理哥一齊食宵夜。宵夜邊爐選擇不多,揀咗呢間喺老銅嘅樓上火鍋店,用 Openrice 訂枱仲有優惠。去到見佢哋都有懷舊陳設同裝修,食老香港情懷。叫晒嘢之後,店員幫手用熱水洗埋碗筷,好好服務。熟食嚟先,$68 嘅「懷舊蝦多士」幾好。$98 嘅「黃金炸魚皮」好多同埋夠濃味。而跟住嚟嘅係 $38 嘅「唐生菜」,冇我份啦。火鍋到,我哋叫嘅係 $254 嘅「火焰雞煲」。店員即場落料「玩火」之外,都加入咗豆卜,又香又濃,視覺同味覺都有享受。火鍋料方面,$388 嘅大「特級手切牛肉」都有牛味,幾好。$108 嘅「鴛鴦滑」我哋揀咗「黑松露墨魚滑」同「蟹籽蝦滑」,兩者都幾鮮同幾足料嘅。而 $98 嘅「肥美鮮鵝腸」同 $78 嘅「黑栢葉」都幾夠食,唔算細份,同埋都好味。我哋仲叫咗 $398 嘅「活魚刺身」,唔記得咩魚嚟,但都好新鮮好好食。嘢飲方面,全部 $48 一杯大大杯嘅,我飲咗「兒童鴛鴦」同「菠蘿冰」。兩款都幾好飲,前者係好立克加阿華田,有驚喜。經理哥飲「絲襪奶茶」同「菠蘿冰」,佢都話幾好。甜品係「啫喱」同「懷

兩款都幾好飲,前者係好立克加阿華田,有驚喜。經理哥飲「絲襪奶茶」同「菠蘿冰」,佢都話幾好。甜品係「啫喱」同「懷舊糖不甩」,後者用鹹嘅湯底嚟煮有啲怪。連埋 $18 嘅「醬料及茶芥」費,埋單 $1248,食得夠晒盡興。。。
