To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【灣仔區】【龍點心】有一日喺會展站嗰頭搵嘢食，點知撞正演唱會，所有餐廳都爆晒，要行遠啲食。行行吓見到到「龍心」兩個字，我以為係三藩市某啲幫派嘅膠椅喺度大張旗鼓，仔細啲睇先見係「龍點心」。入去就要畀 $12 嘅茶位，真飲茶咁。叫完壽眉就叫嘢食，$68 嘅「一龍大滿足」就啱晒我，有「酸菜魚鳳眼餃」、「蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃」、「筍尖蝦餃皇」、「松露野菌晶瑩餃」、「鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣」、「豌豆桃子」各一隻，都好好味，美中不足係有一隻係辣嘅。叫埋 $48 嘅「龍燒賣」，四款包括「懷舊燒賣」、「麻辣牛肉燒賣」、「龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣」、「滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣」各一隻，又係有粒係辣嘅，其他都唔錯，幾特別，又好食。而 $38 嘅「一口鹹水角」好精緻，味道上都幾好味。最後叫埋 $68 嘅「宮廷三小拼」做甜品，「驢打滾」、「荷花酥」、「桂花糕」三者各有特色，前者更令我憶起林海音《城南舊事》嘅情懷，係值得食吓。一條友咁食法加埋一要 $257，不過我係食得有啲多，先係呢個價。。。（地址：灣仔軒尼詩道216-218號地下A&B號舖）#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #food
