【灣仔區】【Cooshti】喺灣仔度過咗平安夜,意味住已經進入咗聖誕節喇,都要正正經經食個聖誕餐。揀咗灣仔利東街呢間,都係要講英文嘅餐廳。前菜有「Prawn Tempura Roll」、「Pork Belly Bao」、「Veggie Dumplings」同「Salmon Carpaccio」。估唔到朋友對前菜有好感,我都覺得唔錯。主菜我叫「Traditional Christmas Turkey Plate」,寫到係「鼠尾草、洋蔥和栗子餡、烤防風草、小胡蘿蔔和馬鈴薯、毛毯豬、球芽甘藍、肉汁和酸果蔓醬」,多到食唔晒,火雞幾正。朋友叫「Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Brisket」,個描述係「烤防風草、約克郡布丁、小胡蘿蔔、烤馬鈴薯、球芽甘藍和波特酒濃縮液」,但個主食慢煮和牛腩反而我覺得處理得麻麻,浪費咗牛味。跟住就到甜品三款,聖誕餐唔少得。佢哋係「Persian Pavlova」、「Chocolate Filos」同「Christmas Pudding」,其實都幾好食,不過當時已經好飽,味同嚼蠟。朋友仲叫咗杯 $90 嘅「Shearwater Sauvigron Bla

由於我英文好廢,溝通得唔好,所以我一直都唔知個餐幾多錢。店員一直講 free flow 任飲兩小時嘢就 $900,三小時就 $1000,我就唔飲嘢睇吓佢點收我錢。結果原來係 $550 一個仲無加一,埋單價 $1190,以佈局、氣氛嚟講唔貴。。。
