限聚令後,想到餐廳食野惟有在晚上六時前,同朋友早兩日去完呢間餐廳食飯,發覺佢哋嘅上海菜做得幾有心機,值得分享一下。灌湯牛肉餡餅 ($36),脹卜卜的牛肉餡餅,一咬開即爆開牛肉汁,所以食嘅時候要小心燙口,湯汁濃郁,餡餅皮脆,肉嫩。松子魚($168),原條松子魚經炸過之後,外層鬆化,魚肉嫩滑,配上酸甜醬汁,十分之開胃。孜然蔥爆羊肉($92),羊肉的份量十足,用大蔥爆香,灑上孜然粉,惹味得過癮。魚湯時蔬($78),鮮嫩嘅菜苗,用魚湯滾,鮮甜又健康。滋補潤喉羹($36),設計充滿仙氣,飲落似枇杷露,潤喉爽甜。桂花酒釀丸子($32),小丸子煙毅彈牙,配上桂花酒,散發陣陣桂花清香,作為最後一道甜品,真係非常滿足的。雖然餐廳食上海菜,第一個印象係傳統嘅菜式,但餐廳就走玩味風格,霓虹燈的佈置,挺有意思。
