反而糖水有驚喜,一上桌有乾冰效果,色香味俱全,潤喉羮內有橙皮和雪耳,味道清甜特別,冰冰涼涼非常舒服,推介!
最令我欣賞的是招牌擔擔麵,非常適合我口味,其他菜式均屬普通水準,但環境寬敞,坐得舒適,套飯大約$100左右,感覺都還可以接受的。

星期三的午餐到來座位空間很寬闊,服務員態度很友善,背後的音樂感到相當的風格,沒有叫中午套餐,看到菜譜另外吸引了吧··來單點了,它們上枱了,黃炆鮑翅,湯底十分濃郁嘢味的,翅們一梳梳的保持爽脆,整碗份量剛好,趁熱食,而不用加紅醋,令人十分回味·辣子雞,辣度恰當,炸雞粒們留有雞味不會被辣味蓋過也不過咸,還有脆花生们很香脆的,就咁浄食也不需要忙著配碗飯吃的·煎餃子,有三隻,外皮煎得香脆,內涵豬肉鲜味還有湯汁在內,另加點醋可提升味覺·

睇餐牌除咗一般常見上海菜,葱油餅、炒鱔糊、粗炒同炒年糕呢啲之外,會有少見啲嘅好似炒羊肉、大滷麵(豬肉青菜蛋花湯麵)之類今晚試咗個粉皮魚頭煲,雖然睇落好紅,但其實只係少許辣,比較多油。魚頭有少少鯹,點返啲辣湯食會好啲,食食吓其實都好多肉食。粉皮煮得剛好,滑得尼仲係爽嘅小籠包好食!皮薄,有湯汁,唔會過鹹,一上枱好快消滅咗!水晶肴肉都唔錯,醋啫喱只有肉嘅一邊有令味道有少許唔平衡,但都係相當唔錯嘅,擺盤靚 😂
