麵包上有茄蓉,味道清新帶酸,而Ibérico Ham則入口甘香帶油香,味道非常之夾

熟成和牛腰脊翼板鍵,點了五成熟,肉質緊實,牛味豐富,食落有嚼勁而唔韌,筋位亦變得爽脆,伴菜有西蘭花,馬鈴薯🥔,都很可口

🐷乳豬皮燒得好香脆,肉的部份好嫩滑,而且非常多肉汁,我非常喜歡,配菜是馬鈴薯和青椒仔,十分美味
