今日同朋友來到黃埔花園的The Bayside 食西班牙🇪🇸菜,有室外和室內位置,室外感覺好chill,可以看到無敵維港景色😍。室內環境舒適,設有酒吧🍻位置,情侶來拍拖或三五知己來chill 下,吹住海風傾下計都好適合。這裏的餐點很多,可以單點或套餐,花心的我又點了套餐又點了單點😎🔺Dinner By The Bay|$318 /位✰ To Start🔶 36 Month Ibérico Ham with Crystal Tomato Bread麵包上有茄蓉,味道清新帶酸,而Ibérico Ham則入口甘香帶油香,味道非常之夾🔶 Steak Tartare生牛肉他他,細嫩的牛肉以手切提升嚼勁,混合簡單的調味料,來提升味道,清香鮮美,是很好的開胃菜✰ To Warm🔶 Fish Tacos香脆魚柳墨西哥夾餅,魚柳外脆內嫩,配上酸酸甜甜的千島醬和爽口的紫椰菜,味道一流🔶 Foie Gras on Buttered Brioche with Figs Compote (add $80)鵝肝配多士,鵝肝兩邊煎到招脆鵝肝入口焦香肥美, 外脆內軟,再沾點藍莓醬可以解膩, 配上香脆多士, 不能拒絕之

番紅花大蝦燉飯 🍤,每隻蝦都大大隻,爽口鮮甜,配上香氣十足的蒜蓉牛油西班牙燉飯,十分美味

熟成和牛腰脊翼板鍵,點了五成熟,肉質緊實,牛味豐富,食落有嚼勁而唔韌,筋位亦變得爽脆,伴菜有西蘭花,馬鈴薯🥔,都很可口
