其實真係好多年無咩坐定定去睇下電視,最近某台有新飲食節目,見好似幾吸引就睇哂成集,其中介紹嘅一間就係此店當中有被食物所吸引,隔天就馬上去試,當天星期日人有點多,店舖不是很大,檯櫈之間空位不多<千層醬豬耳> $25/細應該是用上某食物的膠質煮成漿身,再將豬耳一層層放入再雪凍,食落非常爽口脆身,仲有麻辣味<醉雞> $58雞件肉質都幾厚肉實嫩,雞皮與肉之間不會有太多肥脂,但酒味唔算好濃,入面有青瓜做底<韭菜豬肉> $40 加入5可轉酸辣湯底酸辣湯都幾酸,但辣度欠奉,入面都幾足料嘅而餃子皮薄帶點煙韌,入面韭菜7成豬肉3成左右肉汁豐富,韭菜都幾香
