To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗西環一間叫「Verde MAR」嘅墨西哥餐廳食午餐,餐廳由墨西哥人主理,由餐牌到落單都係用英文,餐廳嘅天花板嘅佈置充滿聖誕特色,而整體嘅餐枱同餐具設計都偏向簡約風格。🍊 Mexican Seafood Paella墨西哥特色嘅海鮮焗飯,海鮮款式種類都算多,有青口、蠔、紅蝦、帶子同魷魚仔,而且海鮮嘅數量足夠鋪滿飯面,當中嘅帶子味道鮮甜而口感嫩滑,蠔嘅味道亦都非常濃郁,配上青檸汁可以帶出海鮮嘅味道,飯入面都混合咗黃椒同蕃茄仔,墨西哥paella嘅焗飯質地偏向乾身而無湯汁,顆粒分明🍊 Super NachosNachos係墨西哥菜必嗌嘅小食,餐廳可以揀豬肉、牛肉或雞肉肉醬,加上餐廳特製嘅牛油果醬、焗溶嘅芝士、蕃茄粒、芫荽等配料,食出傳統嘅墨西哥風味,味道輕盈而冇負擔📍西環西營盤水街41號地舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊
