To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工仔午飯最緊要係快,係那裡都塞嘅觀塘搵嘢食,時間都係爭分奪秒。係工廈搵有好有唔好,隨便嚟左呢間,見到唔多人,就揀呢間。佢係無午飯套餐,全部單點。環境係俾人打卡,佢分兩邊入。南瓜湯,38元,呢個湯份量唔多,無餸。諗住肚餓可以飲個湯,但都等左十幾分鐘先至上幾個。。。😅店員介紹燒春雞係最出名,但聽到要等20至25分鐘,我哋就轉哂意粉。問咗身邊朋友,你可以容許幾耐出碟意粉,大部分都係10至15分鐘。事後解釋廚房唔夠人,每次煮15分鐘,只能出1至2碟。。。結果最後碟意粉係order後45分鐘先上,而且偏咸。。。相信唔夠人唔係當日開鋪先知,亦可以衡量到可否接到幾多單。亦可以同定顧客事前講定,而唔係放一班唔知等幾耐先等你出齊食物嘅顧客,一句「抱歉要等」都無。。。介紹番,意粉,88元。
